Experience matters. We have it.
Specifically, we utilize the Fair Credit Reporting Act, The Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), Fair and Accurate Credit Transactions Act (FACTA), and HIPAA to find violations and remove inaccurate items from credit reports. We do this with an attorney-backed program, which virtually no other company does.
And we take it one step further.
Not only do we work to remove negative items – we also help you build POSITIVE credit by guiding you to establish new trade lines, revolving accounts, and installment accounts that will balance out your credit portfolio. We will educate you on the most effective use of those lines of credit, as credit tools.
The Credit Analyst.
Your point of contact.
Why is this important?
Having a personal credit analyst during the whole process is better than calling into a big customer service department (like other companies do) and explaining your situation time and time again. Who wants to do that? No one. That’s why we pair you with someone who will be fully invested in your success.
Investigative Research.
Behind-the-scenes Dream Team.
They’ve seen it all.
Our investigative research capitalizes on differences between each of the credit bureaus (Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion) as well as the nuances between common creditors & collection agencies. Leveraging those specialized skills – they are able to approach each client’s credit report with a customized plan.
It’s like having a squad of credit geeks working for you.
Attorney-engagement.
Involved and In-house.
The last (but not least) part of the trifecta. We work in conjunction with an in-house lawyer for the purpose of auditing items on credit reports. Attorney-backed audits carry significant weight.
Additionaly, the attorney is available for situations that may benefit from debt settlement. And, we can refer clients to our attorney for more difficult credit issues.
It’s important to understand the difference between having an in-house attorney that works directly with your program (like us), as opposed to credit repair companies that are owned by, or “network” with attorneys outside of their office (like Lexington Law, CreditRepair.com, etc). Learn more about the differences between Us and Them.
We know you’ll make the right choice. And we’re excited to hear from you!
